Grad. brewmaster Joerg Hellmann
Hellmann's was formed in 1997 by Joerg Hellmann. Joerg studied Brewing Science at TU Munich / Weihenstephan in Bavaria. Hellmann's was initially specialized in glues. This warehouse is still used together with Naumann - Gelatine und Leim GmbH.

Beverage technology out of the heart of Bavaria
In 1999 followed the acquisition of Hauser, a specialist in supplying the brewing industry. Hellmann?s grew so rapidly after this acquisition we needed to build a purpose built warehouse including office space in the north of Memmingen, Bavaria.
In 2000 Hellmann's opened of one the world first online shops supporting the beverage and brewing industry. During the last 20 years we have expanded our online business and currently are proud to say we deliver product to every corner of the globe.
In 2006 we acquired Fackelmayer, a specialist in the decorating and labelling of glass to our industry. We have since then increased our capacity to 5 kilns with a capacity of 2 cubic metres each.
From our workshop In Memmingen, we have designed brands and logos and have supplied the global brewing industry globally with individualised beer bottles and beer and wine glasses.
BiTiKork - A protector for beer tables and benches
2015 we bought the rights of BiTiKork, an invention from Vorarlberg/Austia.
These edges cause that beer tables and benches will not leave any scratches on any flours. The sets are produced and mounted in Austria.
A matter of heart for us is the co-operation with factories for disabled people.
Hellmann GmbH is working together with four of these factories in Germany and Austria.
